Ramen noodles, then I sometimes put pepper, by personal preference though

Oatmeal. It’s easy to make, relatively cheap, pretty quick, and it’s filling.
If I don’t have anything else to eat, don’t want to go to the grocery store or get takeout or generally make an effort, I make oatmeal.

Only slightly more involved than most of these, but fried egg on rice. Make some rice, fry an egg or two, make sure the yolks are runny, out the eggs on the rice, hit that with some soy sauce and sriracha, and you’re golden.

Cereal – Quick n Easy
OhSqlty
Like legit you just put some in a bowl and add milk to it and you have a full meal, depending on the type of cereal it could even be healthy too and it’s quick and easy and yummy and perfect. Yes I have a passion for cereal. It’s cheap too (at least here it is)

Scrambled eggs with rice. I make it every time I’m out of food for lunch/dinner and too lazy to cook.
RosaSimon98
Microwave a hot pocket (bacon egg and cheese) for 2 minutes. Go sit on the couch. Forget about the hot pocket in the microwave. Go to bed hungry 4 hours later. Wake up. Open the microwave to heat up yesterday’s coffee. See hot pocket. Scoot it over and put coffee next to it. Heat both up. Cry. Go to work.

Scrambled eggs.
No cheese, just fluffy eggs with salt and pepper. Stupid simple, high protein, and delicious
maisie0112
Pack of microwave rice, I like the garden veggies one best. Microwave one minutes, then crack an egg into it. Scramble then microwave 30 seconds. Add salt and pepper. Optional you can add soy sauce, hot sauce, whatever you want. I usually add hot sauce.
somekindarobit
Kimchi fried rice is a pretty good one as long as you already have leftover rice.
perpulstuph
One-pot spaghetti.
Half of a box of spaghetti, one jar of pasta sauce, plus one jarful of water into a saucepan. Cover and put on low-medium heat, stirring a couple times over the next 30 minutes.
Enjoy.

Baked Potato with tons of sour cream.
Itchy-Picture-4282
Naan, tomato sauce (or pesto), cheese, and “pizza toppings”. 5 minutes or so in the oven and you have a pretty average personal pizza.
thisisrealgoodtea
Salmon packet in fried rice + soy sauce, mayo, sriracha. Sometimes add egg or nori.
Med-hard boiled eggs + kimchi + leftover rice (just have to boil water for ~6 min)
Microwaved sweet potato. Add cheese or cinnamon or whatever topping you want.
Sautéed frozen veggies, microwave rice (or TJ’s frozen potato mix in air fryer) + a protein like chicken nuggies or salmon (see below)
Salmon. Just throw on a lined sheet pan, add some seasoning, throw into oven at 400 degrees for ~15 min. Don’t even have to wait to preheat.
Avocado and/or egg toast. Or peanut butter toast.
Canned tuna + mayo + sriracha rolled into a ball with rice. Sometimes add avocado and nori.
Grilled cheese sandwich.
monkeyd_93
Tortilla + shredded + tajin and then microwave it for 25 seconds
A little more effort version is cook it in the oven
And 1-up of that is a frying pan w/ an egg
Whatchab
Can of refried beans in bowl
Add chopped onion, garlic powder, cumin, chilie flakes, a couple squirts of ketchup (trust me)
Now add in enough boiling water (about 2TB) while stirring to get it a good consistency and warm
Spread on tostadas with sour cream, salsa and avocado
For slightly less lazy top with fried egg
